Sapan Shrimal
Co-founder
Sapan comes with rich experience in the field of leadership development and cultural transformation, coupled with long practice and study in mindfulness. His background in corporate strategy enables him to bring a sharp focus on organizational priorities and clear business impact.
Sapan’s industry experience, largely in renewable energy industry, includes a brief stint in United States of America. Having closely worked with people across multiple cultures and continents, he brings unique insights into workplace behaviour.
His insightful perspectives are trusted by leading organizations across industries, including many Fortune-500 companies and large conglomerates. He has consulted organizations across the industries, including BFSI, manufacturing and IT.
He has been a speaker at various industry and HR forums (including BW Business World and Mindful Leadership Summit) and his perspectives have been captured in publications of prominence (including Hindu Business Line).He also co-authored ‘Mindfulness at Workplace – India Study 2018’ - first of its kind industry perception report on Mindfulness, in the Indian context.
He is a certified master life coach and a certified master practitioner in NLP. He is also certified in Psychometric Testing from Psytech, UK (under EFPA). Sapan is trained in Vipassana meditation and keenly studies Gnostic Wisdom.
Sapan is an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

Gaurav has been a part of the FMCG, Retail and Financial Services Industry in India and has made marque contributions to leading organisations like Dabur India, PepsiCo, Fitness First and Religare amidst varied, dynamic and compelling business and market landscape.
Having intensely experienced life and challenges of People Practitioners and HR Industry, he brings practical insights to make a definite delta in the ideation and execution of People Strategy.
Gaurav’s biggest strength lies in Business HR and he specializes in bringing practical aspects of Human Resource Management as they exist in the real world on the bedrock of core concepts and fundamentals of People Management.
Personally, he takes a lot of interest in the emergence and adoption of new age practices and technology across the Employee Life Cycle and has a perspective trusted by leading organizations and HR Leaders in India.
He is certified in Instructional Design, is a Certified Assessor from SHL and an internally Certified Trainer for key Leadership Development programs and also spends time in Academic and Industry pursuits on Human Resources.
Gaurav is an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and has been recognized for professional excellence and contribution to Business on multiple occasions.
